Our Policy is to execute our projects with high standards, the satisfaction of the customer, in a professional manner by upgrading the working methods to enhance quality, time schedules, ergonomics and aesthetics of structures. In order to achieve these high standards we have established, an effective Quality Management System (QMS)
In order to function smoothly, internal processes and procedures are implemented, that will set up the frame work of its basic operational activities. We have clearly specified which Procedures need to be documented in order to fulfill the standard’s minimum requirements.

QA/QC
Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) are extremely important aspects of our engineering & construction projects.
Our QA/QC process for construction projects are well-documented plan development procedures.
Quality control during the construction process is extremely important to us in order to safeguard the value of the owner's investment. Process Technical Services QA/QC personnel can perform checks and tests throughout the construction process, providing the project owner assurance that the project is being built according to specifications
Quality assurance in construction can be defined simply as making sure the quality of construction is what it should be. Process Technical Resources has qualified and experienced personnel that can plan and perform the systematic steps necessary for a program of quality assurance in construction.
Quality assurance is a way for our organization to make sure that we are always striving to do the best we can for our services, clients and customers. The QA system is a way of checking, through continuous monitoring and evaluation of our performance and through the collection of evidence, that our organization is continuously Improving what it does & how it does it.
